Thank you for shopping with Kipeo & Co.
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).
During busy periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

We ship across the UK using Royal Mail and other trusted couriers.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Tracked Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.


🌍 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Tracked International Shipping: 5–12 business days

Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs checks, and local postal services.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply in their country.
These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are not controlled by Kipeo & Co.

 

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Kipeo & Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@kipeoandco.com so we can make changes before dispatch (if possible).


5. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Parcels

UK Orders

A parcel is considered “lost” after 10 business days from the shipping date.

International Orders

A parcel is considered “lost” after 20 business days from the shipping date.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us so we can assist with an investigation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
